Job Description

  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize data-driven LinkedIn lead generation
  • Proactively apply to relevant job postings and inbound opportunities in the AI, Web3, and full-stack development niches on behalf of the company or clients to attract top-tier technical talent and co-founder profiles
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of passive and active candidates (AI engineers, Web3 developers, full-stack engineers, blockchain architects, CTOs) by responding to job ads, engaging with “Open to Work” profiles, and leveraging inbound recruitment channels
  • Precisely identify and target C-level executives (CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CFOs), VPs, Directors, HR Heads, and business owners across Europe and the USA using advanced Sales Navigator filters and Boolean search
  • Execute 100% manual, hyper-personalized outreach at scale: custom connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, InMails, voice notes, and comment-based engagement
  • Build and actively manage multiple LinkedIn profiles to maximize reach while remaining fully compliant with LinkedIn policies and limits
  • Create and publish high-engagement organic content (long-form posts, carousels, native documents, polls, videos, articles) that positions the brand as a thought leader in AI, Web3, and full-stack ecosystems, driving both client leads and talent inbound
  • Develop, test, and refine messaging sequences (A/B testing subject lines, hooks, CTAs) to achieve 40%+ connection acceptance and 15–25% reply rates across both sales and recruitment campaigns
  • Track and analyze all campaign KPIs (connection rate, reply rate, meeting booked rate, interview rate, SQL conversion) using dashboards and deliver weekly performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with the sales/closing team and technical hiring managers for seamless lead and candidate handoff, rapid follow-up, and continuous feedback loop optimization
  • Stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices to maintain maximum deliverability and performance in both B2B sales and talent acquisition outreach
