Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS)

We're actively seeking motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist (B2C) from Islamabad/Rawalpindi to join our team on immediate basis (must have served the notice period)

In this role, you'll connect with new investors, introduce them to our trading platforms and services and help them get started on their investing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients interested in stock market trading and investment.
• Generate leads through outbound cold calling.
• Qualify prospects and educate them about our platform features, tools, account types and benefits
• Guide potential clients through the onboarding process (KYC, account setup, funding, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (broking tools, investment products, compliance norms)
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for sign-ups, activations and funded accounts
• Monitor acquisition metrics like conversion rates and retention indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/sales or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in international client acquisition in financial services/stockbroking or outbound sales
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analytics
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and effectively closing sales deals through cold calling.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
