Job Title: Senior Business Developer (B2B & Lead Generation)

Company: AIM Digital Technologies
Location: Onsite – Islamabad, Pakistan
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

About the Role

AIM Digital Technologies is looking for a Senior Business Developer with strong expertise in B2B lead generation, partnerships, and staff augmentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic outreach, lead nurturing, and close collaboration with internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize lead generation platforms such as Upwork, Well-Found (AngelList), Monster, Dice, SimplyHired, Bark, Clutch.io, and other freelance platforms to generate high-quality leads.
  • Use advanced tools including Apollo.io for data extraction, ZeroBounce for email validation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead qualification, and CloudTalk for occasional cold calling.
  • Drive B2B partnerships and staff augmentation initiatives by sourcing and converting leads from platforms like AngelList, Dice, Monster, and Clutch.io.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using GMass, MailChimp, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Bitrix24 to generate and nurture leads while maintaining accurate and clean data.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents, project plans, timelines, and milestone breakdowns based on Agile methodology.
  • Manage and maintain effective client communication through platforms such as Slack, Discord, and Upwork.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, and lead generation within the IT/software services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, outreach, CRM, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation and project-based sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
