We are looking for a Lead Specialist for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging the LinkedIn ecosystem, primarily Sales Navigator, to identify, engage, nurture, and convert high-quality B2B leads. This role requires a strong understanding of sales development, content strategy, and direct digital outreach campaigns. The specialist must have proven experience transforming platform engagement into measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute highly refined lead generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, focusing on identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target accounts, and key decision-makers.
- Design, deploy, and manage direct outreach sequences (InMail, connection requests, personalized messaging) that resonate with professional audiences and adhere to LinkedIn best practices and policies.
- Continuously monitor conversion rates at each stage of the LinkedIn funnel (view, connect, reply, meeting booked) and implement data-driven optimisations to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure all published content supports lead generation goals and provides value to target prospects.
- Maintain highly organised and up-to-date lead and account lists within Sales Navigator, leveraging its advanced filtering and tracking features.
- Ensure seamless integration of qualified leads from LinkedIn into the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and coordinate warm hand-offs to the broader sales team.
- Actively work to improve the company's and key executive's Social Selling Index (SSI) scores, focusing on building professional brand, finding the right people, engaging insights, and building relationships.
- Engage daily with posts from target accounts and key prospects to maintain visibility, build rapport, and demonstrate industry expertise.
- Track, analyse, and report on all LinkedIn lead generation metrics, including response rates, lead volume, cost per qualified lead (CPQL), and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct ongoing testing of messaging, call-to-action (CTA) variations, and sequence lengths to refine outreach effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) specifically executing lead generation and sales development activities on LinkedIn, resulting in demonstrable pipeline growth.
- Expert, hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (for lead gen forms/ads).
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle, lead qualification process, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalised, and professional outreach messages that cut through noise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and report on tangible business outcomes.
