The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by selling Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to US-based doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect US-based physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities
- Generate leads through cold calling.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings via phone, or virtual presentations
- Present and explain Medical Billing, Coding, AR Follow-up, Credentialing, and RCM services
- Understand client pain points and offer customized billing solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions
