Job Summary:
We’re looking for a business-minded individual who knows how to bring in work not someone who just send proposals. This role needs someone who understands how to connect with clients, build trust, and turn conversations into contracts especially on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
Job Description:
- Identifying new business opportunities on Upwork and Fiverr
- Writing personalized proposals that speak to client needs
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining relationships
- Working closely with our team to align services with client goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder.
- Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Know how to grab attention and stand out with your outreach
- Take initiative and know how to dig out opportunities
- Have experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
