We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to join our fast-growing team. As a Bidding Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, bid on, and manage projects across various freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Fiverr. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in bidding and business development on freelancing platforms, looking to expand their expertise in the digital freelancing space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Identify Opportunities: Discover new job opportunities on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Fiverr.
- Write Proposals: Craft personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring that they stand out in the competitive bidding environment.
- Negotiate Terms: Collaborate with potential clients to finalize project details, pricing, and deliverables in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain Client Relations: Keep an open line of communication with clients to maintain professionalism and trust throughout the bidding and project negotiation process.
- Track & Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of bids, follow up with clients to gauge their interest, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and client expectations for a seamless proposal process.
- Improve Strategies: Continuously assess and refine the bidding approach, providing suggestions to optimize proposal effectiveness and targeting of the right clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in bidding for freelance projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that address client needs.
- Attention to Detail: Careful in reviewing project requirements to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
- Sales-Driven: Ability to recognize client needs and tailor bids that highlight the value we bring to the project.
- Time Management: Skilled in handling multiple bids and tasks at once, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Bidding Knowledge: Understanding of how to research clients, understand their project needs, and formulate competitive bids.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for creating proposals, managing project details, and collaborating with the team.
