We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with expertise in platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and others to help us grow our project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and bid on relevant projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, etc.
- Prepare tailored proposals and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain communication with potential and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand capabilities and ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
- Keep track of bids, proposals, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Research new opportunities, niches, and trends in the freelance marketplace.
- Meet individual monthly targets for proposals and revenue.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience working on freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, or similar).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of proposal writing and pricing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with IT, digital marketing, or software development services (preferred).

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
