Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate software development projects through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels.

The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, proposal writing, client communication, and closing deals in the software development industry.

This role offers base salary + performance-based commission depending on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms
• Identify potential clients looking for mobile app development, web development, and SaaS solutions
• Write professional project proposals and bids
• Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
• Coordinate with the development team for technical discussions
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients
• Follow up with leads and convert them into projects
• Build long-term relationships with international clients

Required Skills

• Experience in Upwork bidding and Fiverr client acquisition
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of software development services
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
• Ability to write effective proposals and client messages
• Basic understanding of mobile apps, web apps, and SaaS platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a software house or development agency
• Experience in closing international software projects
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
