Business Development Executive (Upwork & Fiverr Specialist)

Eazisols is a fast-growing software company specializing in custom web application development and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer with proven expertise in managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts and generating consistent business through freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Upwork & Fiverr Account Management

  • Manage, optimize, and grow company profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to increase visibility and project opportunities.
  • Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality, customized proposals that convert into sales.
  • Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to secure high-value projects consistently.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitable project terms for the company.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team during project execution.
  • Ensure smooth communication and maintain high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Performance Tracking & Strategy

  • Monitor account performance, proposal success rates, and revenue targets.
  • Analyze freelancing platform trends and competitor strategies to optimize results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve business development performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
  • Proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue through freelancing platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting persuasive proposals.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, proposals, and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling IT services, software development, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms.
