Business Development Executive (Upwork SAAS)

A Leading Software House is hiring Business Development Executive (Upwork & SaaS) (Upwork Bidder) In DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.

Position Overview
Driven Stack is hiring a Business Development Executive to build and scale our Upwork channel within the CRM and Automation niche. This is an on-site, full-time role based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, working Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

This is a revenue-generating position. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our Upwork presence, qualifying leads, handling client communication, and contributing to building a scalable sales system from the ground up.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a grounded, professional, and well-spoken individual with strong communication skills and a sharp mindset. The candidate must be trustworthy, punctual, and performance-driven.

This is a sales role, not a technical developer position. However, since we operate in the CRM and Automation niche, the candidate must be comfortable understanding technical concepts at a good level. They should be able to grasp automation logic, understand how SaaS tools work, follow discussions around integrations and workflows, and ask intelligent questions when needed.

However, the candidate must demonstrate logical thinking, adaptability, quick learning ability, and comfort working around technical teams.

Key Requirements
The candidate should have prior experience in business development, outbound sales, or Upwork bidding. Hands-on experience with Upwork proposal writing and lead qualification is strongly preferred.

Strong written and spoken English is essential. The candidate must be confident in client-facing communication, including video calls when required.
We are looking for a female candidate.

Compensation
The salary range for junior to intermediate candidates is PKR 80,000 to 90,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level. For highly experienced and strong profiles, the salary is negotiable.
