Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to grow our US healthcare staffing and staff augmentation business. You will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, manage project delivery oversight, and help expand our footprint across healthcare organizations — including hospitals, payers, and health-tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, payers, health-tech).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for staff augmentation solutions — from prospecting to contract close.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with healthcare decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project pipelines, track milestones, and report on revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and SOW documents tailored to healthcare clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay up to date on US healthcare regulations, compliance requirements (HIPAA, etc.), and market trends.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — specifically in US healthcare or healthcare staffing.
  • Must have existing network of healthcare procurement or HR contacts.
  • Proven track record in selling staff augmentation, IT staffing, or managed services to healthcare clients.
  • Solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (payers, providers, health-tech vendors).
  • Experience with project management — tracking deliverables, coordinating teams, and reporting progress.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build C-level relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit revenue goals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with healthcare compliance and workforce regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.).
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams
