Business Development Executive - US market

Scope of Work:

Lead sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities with both direct and indirect clients. Support account expansion through strategic outreach and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, and phone.

  • Qualify leads and hold discovery meetings to understand client needs and pain points.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless handover.

  • Re-engage former clients and upsell based on prior interactions.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and update all sales activities consistently.

  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within the localization, translation, or other service-based industries.

  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and account-based selling strategies.

  • Ability and willingness to work US time zone hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Egypt time).

  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and lead generation tools.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
