Business Development Executive - US market

Jadeer is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Business Development Executive to focus on the US market. Our client is a fast-growing fintech company providing digital payment and consumer finance solutions through partnerships with major retail and e-commerce brands. This role will drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and develop market entry and expansion plans for the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the US market, targeting retailers, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partners.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and partnership frameworks tailored to regional customer needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary commercial contact to drive contract negotiations and closures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, operations, marketing) to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to senior stakeholders.

  • Track sales performance, pipeline metrics and revenue forecasts; report insights and progress to senior management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings across the US as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

  • 2-4 years of business development, sales or account management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, e-commerce or related digital services.

  • Proven track record of winning and managing B2B deals in the US market.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and partner management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.

  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills; comfortable using CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipeline and forecast.

  • Self-starter who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the US as required.
