Position: Business Development Executive (Freelance/Part-Time)

We are a budding web development company seeking a driven BDR to generate sales leads and close deals with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for freelancers, stay at home individuals, or part-time professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential SME clients in need of web development services
- Present web development solutions and services to prospective clients
- Share Request For Information and share with the technology team
- Negotiate quotes and close sales deals
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of web development services (websites, e-commerce, design, etc.)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid email and phone communication capabilities
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services
- Experience in IT, software, or technology sales (preferred)
- Networking and relationship-building abilities
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus)
Compensation Structure
- Competitive commission-based compensation
- Potential for recurring revenue commissions on retainer clients on AMCs
- No base salary; earnings based solely on sales closed
