Business Development Executive - Web Development Sales - Remote Freelance

Position: Business Development Executive (Freelance/Part-Time)

About Us

We are a budding web development company seeking a driven BDR to generate sales leads and close deals with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for freelancers, stay at home individuals, or part-time professionals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential SME clients in need of web development services
  • Present web development solutions and services to prospective clients
  • Share Request For Information and share with the technology team
  • Negotiate quotes and close sales deals
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Represent the company professionally in all client communications

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of web development services (websites, e-commerce, design, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid email and phone communication capabilities

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services
  • Experience in IT, software, or technology sales (preferred)
  • Networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages (a plus)

Compensation Structure

  • Competitive commission-based compensation
  • Potential for recurring revenue commissions on retainer clients on AMCs
  • No base salary; earnings based solely on sales closed

Work Arrangement

  • Freelance or Part-Time flexible hours
  • Work from home/remote
  • No long-term commitment required
