Business Development Executive – Website Sales (Upwork)

At MOZACK, we are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who specializes in acquiring high-quality web design and development projects through Upwork and other global platforms.

If you understand how to turn opportunities into revenue and know how to position services in a competitive freelance marketplace, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive client acquisition for web design & development services (release target: $3K–$5K/month)

* Manage and optimize Upwork profiles to improve visibility, ranking, and conversions

* Identify and explore new business channels (e.g. Contra, Toptal PPH, etc.)

* Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine bidding strategies

* Craft high-converting, customized proposals tailored to client requirements

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Upwork bidding (preferably in web design & development services)

* Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms

* Strong research and analytical skills to identify untapped opportunities

* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
