· We are hiring for Business Development Executive to join our team immediately with PRO Service industry or HR Recruitment sales in UAE is mandatory
Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.
· Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit
Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits & develop new revenue streams.
· Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
· Initiate dialogue with key decision-makers (middle-level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).
· The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries
· Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, UAE Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, Immigration services, etc.)
· Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.
· Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
· Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services
· Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
· Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
