Business Development Executive/Manager

DESMA International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading overseas nursing registration and migration consultancy. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to connect with nurses, explain global registration pathways (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, etc.), and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

What You’ll Do

· Engage with prospective candidates via calls, emails & WhatsApp.

· Explain registration processes (AHPRA, ANMAC, etc.) confidently.

· Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams and support candidates end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in sales, Tele Sales, Customer Relations, counselling, or business development (healthcare/immigration/education preferred).

· Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.

· Goal-driven, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.

· Bachelor’s degree required.
