We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business in the United States market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Experience working with US and international clients is strongly required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales channels
