We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a Netherland based company.
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and engagement.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and manage the pipeline to ensure conversion opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Handle customer inquiries politely and address concerns where possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Confident personality with professional phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets or any CRM system is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt sales communication strategies
