Business Development Intern

Position Overview
Increase Rev, a leading AdTech company is looking for a Business Development Intern to support business development and digital advertising cycle. This includes assisting in lead generation, client onboarding, ad code implementation, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to build their career in digital marketing and advertising technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying potential leads.
• Support in executing lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
• Help in qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and following up with clients.
• Assist in onboarding clients and coordinating for smooth integration.
• Support in implementing ad codes and ensuring correct placement.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Assist in analyzing metrics (CTR, impressions, revenue) to suggest improvements.
• Support in maintaining client relationships and account health.
• Collaborate with the team on new initiatives to improve campaign results.

Requirements

• A-Level or Undergraduate students preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, ad tech, and lead generation.
• High fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
• Must be able to work full-time from 12 PM – 8 PM.

Job Details

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Type: on-site / full time / entry level
• Stipend: PKR 15,000 – 27,000
• (potential for permanent role after internship)
• Timings: 12 PM – 8 PM (afternoon shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Commission
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs17,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
