Onboarding Specialist

About Us:
We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Onboarding Specialist to help new clients and employees get started smoothly. You’ll be the first impression for our company, so a friendly, professional, and engaging communication style is key. If you’re smart, detail-oriented, and have a knack for sales and relationship-building, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide new clients/employees through the onboarding process.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, preferably with a natural American accent.
• Provide detailed explanations of products, services, or processes to ensure full understanding.
• Identify client needs and use persuasive communication to encourage adoption of products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, follow-ups, and client feedback.
• Proactively solve problems and answer questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with a friendly American accent.
• Smart, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Basic sales skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service, client success, or sales is a plus.

Pay: From E£290.17 per hour
