Job Summary:
As a Sourcing Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization’s recruitment needs. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization.

  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, ATS systems) to proactively engage with passive and active candidates.

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends and competitor landscapes.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and organizational culture.

  • Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

  • Track and report sourcing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve sourcing efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and social media recruiting.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sourcing data and market trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in recruitment or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sourcing for niche or specialized roles.

  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and initiatives.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques.
