Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the organization.
  • Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs/events.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
