Requirements and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the organization.

Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.

Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs/events.

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires when needed.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
