People & Culture Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain employee records in P&C systems (Oracle & PeopleStrong).
  • Process employee transfers and any changes accurately within the systems.
  • Collect and verify attendance data to support payroll processing.
  • Assist in the hiring and interview process for Supply Center (SC) roles.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all P&C matters at the Supply Center.
  • Support in resolving SC-related issues and conduct follow-up visits as needed.
  • Coordinate the delivery of cash salaries to the Supply Center.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations related to SC matters.
  • Facilitate the issuance and cancellation of employee medical cards.
  • Prepare employment letters, confirmations, and other P&C-related documents upon request.
  • Provide P&C support for locations outside Cairo as required by business needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Functional Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of HR systems (Oracle experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.
