Role Overview
We are looking for fresh IT graduates to join us as Business Development Interns. This role is designed to provide real-world experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities, with the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities.
• Support business development strategies and client outreach.
• Assist in managing freelancing and job platform activities.
• Collaborate with the team to apply IT knowledge in business contexts.
• Maintain attention to detail while working with a positive, learning mindset.

Requirements

• Fresh IT, CS, SE graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of freelancing and job platforms.
• Familiarity with common IT tech stacks.
• Market research and analysis skills.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
