Location: Remote/Work from Home

Type: Full-time Internship (3 months) LEADING TOWARDS A PERMENANT POSITION

Pay: Basic PKR 15,000 - 20,000 per month .

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll play an important role in expanding our client base, building relationships, and driving new opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing directly to our growth.

What You’ll Do

• Research potential target audiences and industries that can benefit from Instagram marketing.
• Reach out to potential clients through Instagram direct messages to generate leads and secure deals.
• Create engaging and persuasive messages to captivate potential clients and showcase the value we offer.
• Qualify leads by ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.
• Work towards and exceed weekly and monthly goals for lead generation and deal closures.
• Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, features, and updates to adapt strategies for better results.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
• Social Media Enthusiast: A keen interest in social media platforms, especially Instagram, and basic knowledge of its marketing features.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages.
• Goal-Oriented: A driven attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage lead information effectively.
• Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a startup setting.
• Quick Learner: Eager to learn and adapt in a constantly changing environment.

Working Hours

• 6 days a week
• 8 hours per day
• 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (flexible based on business needs)
