Operations Intern – Marketing Project

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and support an upcoming marketing project. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates passionate about business operations, supply chain, and execution planning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Research and map operational aspects of a new B2C initiative, including backend processes, vendor landscape, and execution requirements.

- Coordinate and collect data from stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support project planning.

- Assist in building operational frameworks, process documentation, and reports for the project launch.

- Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership reviews.

- Support day-to-day project execution, follow-ups, and backend readiness alignment.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of costing analysis and pricing considerations.

- Familiarity with D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and quick commerce operations.

Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.

- 0–1 year of relevant exposure (internships/projects preferred).

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with solid analytical abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

- Self-starter, proactive, and eager to learn with minimal supervision.
