Business Development Intern

Job Summary:

Moksha Media is a creative production and digital marketing agency that blends storytelling, design, and strategy to help brands scale digitally. Join us as an E-Commerce Business Consultant Intern to assist in leading B2B client conversations and supporting the translation of client needs into solution proposals. Gain hands-on experience working on cutting-edge e-commerce platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, and WooCommerce, and develop skills in AI-driven commerce technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the business development team in understanding client needs and gathering project requirements.
• Support in preparing solution demos of e-commerce modules such as AI-Driven Store Setup, Smart Pricing, AR/VR, and CRM synchronization.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to draft initial project scopes and documentation.
• Participate in developing ROI-based presentations and outreach strategies for potential clients. Help develop sales proposals and participate in client communications.
• Learn how to consult clients on AI, personalization, and omnichannel digital transformation strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen client proposals.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Familiarity or eagerness to learn emerging tech: AI/ML, personalization, AR/VR, CRM integrations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Passion for sales, client engagement, and digital transformation.
