About the Role

We’re looking for a  highly motivated Business Development Intern  who is passionate about technology, client communication, and driving growth for our software development company. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn how to identify, pitch, and secure international clients on Upwork & Fiverr in the web development industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure projects that align with  Binary Marvels’ core services.
• Conduct  market research  to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Engage with potential clients  to build trust, understand their project requirements, and arrange follow-ups.
• Maintain and  optimize proposal templates  for better conversion rates.
• Ensure  prompt and professional communication  with clients, managing both pre- and post-bid interactions.
• Track, analyze, and improve bidding strategies  based on performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain  strong relationships with international clients , identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide  regular sales forecasts and progress reports  to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree  in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  with persuasive, client-focused language.
• Basic knowledge of freelance platforms  (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to  research clients, assess project needs, and craft tailored responses.
• Good understanding of Web Development (MERN Stack),  ability to communicate effectively about technical services is a must.
• Self-driven, proactive, and excellent at time management.
