We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Client Communication: Help draft and send introductory emails, follow-ups, and other communication to potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Support the team in maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Sales Support: Assist the business development team in creating sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Networking: Attend and represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and help track performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as required by the business development team.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of market research and sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Skills (optional):

  • Previous internship or experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
