Business Development intern

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team and help expand our presence on Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to generate leads, manage client communications, and close deals in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
• Create and customize project proposals based on client requirements.
• Maintain and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to improve visibility and client engagement.
• Communicate with potential clients, understand project needs, and assist in preparing pricing and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content, etc.) to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Track bids, responses, and conversions to improve success rates.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the BD team with reporting and data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital marketing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
