At Worth IT Solutions, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, market research, client engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic planning and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients.
  • Participate in networking events, webinars, or industry meetings, representing the company professionally.
  • Help analyze and optimize business development processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about business development, sales, and entrepreneurship.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
