Position: Intern – Upwork Bidder
Location: G-13/4, Islamabad
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Internship
Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of permanent role based on performance)
Reports To: Business Development Manager

Red Star Technologies is a digital services company working with international clients. We are offering an internship opportunity for an Upwork Bidder Intern. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to learn online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.

Role Overview

The Intern – Upwork Bidder will assist the Business Development team in finding relevant projects, writing proposals, and communicating with clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role focuses on learning and supporting daily bidding activities under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Assist in drafting and submitting proposals
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand project needs
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communication
• Learn online bidding techniques and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies

• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Basic time management and organizational skills

• Available for full-time, on-site work in G-13/4, Islamabad
• Professional attitude and interest in business development
