We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to help us identify and engage with potential customers, ultimately driving our sales growth.
Job Overview:
As a Business Development Intern at SenewTech, you will support our Business Development team in identifying and engaging potential customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of lead generation, client relationship management, and sales processes. You will assist in driving our sales efforts and gaining valuable experience in a key business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in researching and identifying potential leads using online tools, industry events, and market research.
- Outbound Outreach: Support the team in initiating contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products and services.
- Data Entry and CRM Management: Help maintain and update lead information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Qualification Assistance: Assist in assessing lead needs and purchasing authority to determine the potential fit for our solutions.
- Engagement Support: Help maintain communication with leads, addressing basic inquiries and supporting the team in nurturing relationships.
- Appointment Coordination: Aid in scheduling meetings and product demonstrations between leads and our Account Executives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation strategies and enhance messaging.
- Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for learning and development.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Previous experience or coursework in business development or sales is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
