Business Development Intern

Location: Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road, Lahore
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: Basic Stipend + Commissions
Role: Internship Leading to Full-Time Job

We are looking for 3 proactive and motivated Business Development Interns to support our growth through Upwork bidding, Email Marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in digital sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
• Track industry trends and competitor activities
• Build business leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing
• Execute outbound emails and follow-ups with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain and update CRM for accurate lead tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BSCS, BSIT, BSSE, BBIT, or a related field
• Prior Internship experience in BD is a plus
• 3–6 months of Upwork bidding experience is mandatory for relevant candidates
• Basic understanding of IT Services like Web Development, SEO, WooCommerce etc.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be based in Lahore and available for onsite work at our Tajpura Scheme office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
