Business Development Intern – LogisticsJob Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern for our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, quotation preparation, and closing deals for air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through Email, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
  • Handle inbound inquiries from import and export clients
  • Understand shipment requirements including origin, destination, weight, volume, and mode of transport
  • Prepare and share competitive quotations with clients
  • Conduct follow-ups and negotiate effectively to close logistics deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  • 0–1 years of experience in logistics sales or sales preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Target-oriented with a professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of international freight forwarding processes is a plus
