Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn about sales, client communication, and market research. This internship provides hands-on experience in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and lead databases.
  • Help schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
  • Analyze competitors and provide insights on market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and present findings.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or email marketing is a plus.
