Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Business Development team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, lead generation, and client engagement within a fastpaced business environment.
The ideal candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, maintaining sales pipelines, and supporting outreach initiatives while developing a strong foundation in business development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supported business development activities by assisting in client outreach, lead
- generation, and market research initiatives.
- Identified and engaged potential clients through digital platforms, including LinkedIn, to
- build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Assisted in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and bid submissions on
- professional and freelancing platforms.
- Maintained accurate sales records, tracked pipeline activities, and contributed to
- performance reporting.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align
- outreach strategies and improve engagement efforts.
- Analysed outreach campaigns and provided insights to enhance lead conversion and
- client acquisition.
- Developed strong communication, research, and organizational skills within a structured
- business environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar platforms is an advantage.
