Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Business Development team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, lead generation, and client engagement within a fastpaced business environment.

The ideal candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, maintaining sales pipelines, and supporting outreach initiatives while developing a strong foundation in business development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supported business development activities by assisting in client outreach, lead
  • generation, and market research initiatives.
  • Identified and engaged potential clients through digital platforms, including LinkedIn, to
  • build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Assisted in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and bid submissions on
  • professional and freelancing platforms.
  • Maintained accurate sales records, tracked pipeline activities, and contributed to
  • performance reporting.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align
  • outreach strategies and improve engagement efforts.
  • Analysed outreach campaigns and provided insights to enhance lead conversion and
  • client acquisition.
  • Developed strong communication, research, and organizational skills within a structured
  • business environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar platforms is an advantage.

  • No prior professional experience required.
