Role Overview:

We are looking for a fresh Upwork Bidder to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in online bidding and client communication with an understanding of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Write customized, winning proposals aligned with client requirements and agency expertise.
• Communicate effectively with clients via messages and calls to understand project needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads to maximize conversions.
• Track and report bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive in an IT or software company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CS or software engineering (or equivalent experience).

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
