Dexterzsol is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Intern. The ideal candidate will help grow our global presence by identifying business opportunities, managing client communications, and submitting proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, and freelance marketplaces
- Writing and submitting professional proposals for IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.)
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Collaborating with the technical team to prepare project estimates
- Maintaining CRM and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Meeting monthly outreach and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Job boards.
- Basic understanding of IT services and development workflows
- Ability to work independently and handle clients professionally
- Night shift availability (5 PM – 2 AM)
