Are you a passionate, driven, and ambitious individual looking to kickstart your career in tech sales and business development?

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This is a 3-month paid internship program designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals. If you show exceptional performance, dedication, and a hunger to close deals during these 3 months, this role will transition into a permanent, full-time position with a revised salary structure and highly lucrative performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and master the end-to-end B2B sales cycle within the software and tech industry.
• Lead generation and prospecting via platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, or cold outreach.
• Assist in drafting compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations for international clients.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with prospective leads via messages and emails.
• Coordinate closely with team leads and technical teams to understand project scopes.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead generation targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, CS, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (this is non-negotiable as you will be dealing with international clients).
• Availability: Must be able to work the evening shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) on-site at our Lahore office.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter with a thick skin for handling rejection and a strong drive to hit targets.
• Basic understanding of freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr) or IT services is a huge plus.
