Business Development Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Associate with 6 Months to 1.5 years of experience in generating leads and acquiring clients through freelance platforms and professional networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com, along with a strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and job boards for B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
● Identify and bid on relevant projects aligned with company services.
● Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and connect with potential clients.
● Perform lead generation through job boards and B2B outreach channels.
● Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
● Coordinate with the technical team by understanding basic tech stacks and project
requirements.
● Maintain client relationships and follow up on potential leads.

Requirements:
● 6 Months to 1.6 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition.
● Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
● Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator.
● Familiarity with job boards and lead generation tools.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Basic understanding of modern tech stacks and digital services.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience working with IT services, web development, or digital marketing projects.
● Ability to handle client communication, proposals, and deal closures

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
