Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business development within the recruitment and HR services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for HR and recruitment services.
• Maintain and update client databases
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets and expanding the client portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
