Business Development Intern (Female)

As a Business Development Intern specializing in international markets, you will be instrumental in researching new territories, generating leads, and building the pipeline for our global sales team. You will gain firsthand experience in market analysis, cross-cultural communication, and international lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on potential international markets (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo to identify and qualify potential clients and partners in target regions.
• Outreach Campaigns: Assist in crafting and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, social media, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to help refine our international go-to-market strategy.
• CRM Management: Help maintain and update our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate lead and client information.
• Support the BD Team: Shadow senior team members on client calls and strategy sessions, providing support on special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A keen interest in international business, market expansion, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a hunger to learn.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and an awareness of international business etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• A big plus: Fluency or proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, Arabic).
