Company Overview:
CodeWorx Developers is an IT company providing professional AI & ML, Web, App, and Software Development services to international clients. We’re looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Intern (Female) to join our growing team and assist in expanding our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
• Conduct market and business research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and send business proposals and client outreach messages.
• Support senior executives in lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and update client communication records in CRM tools.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative business ideas.
• Learn and develop skills in sales pitching, digital communication, and client acquisition.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and proactive personality.
• Strong interest in sales, outreach, and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and proposal writing (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Details:

Timings: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
Location: 6th Road, Rawalpindi (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months (Leading to Full-Time Role Based on Performance)
Stipend: Market-competitive (with potential for salary after internship)
