About the Role:

We are looking to hire 2 enthusiastic and motivated female graduates to join our business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to bid on projects and send proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms for our web development and e-commerce services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
• Write professional, personalized proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain daily bidding records and follow up with potential clients.
• Work closely with senior business developers to help achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Fresh female graduate (BBA / BSCS / BS IT / Software Engineering preferred).
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web development or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Confident, organized, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and meet daily bidding goals.
