Job Overview:

Creative Code Tech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who want to build their career in IT sales, bidding platforms, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in bidding on Upwork and Fiverr
• Generate leads through different online platforms
• Support staff augmentation sales process
• Communicate with potential international clients
• Maintain CRM and follow-up records
• Assist senior BD team in proposal writing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Basic understanding of Upwork/Fiverr is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident, target-oriented personality
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT sales
