Job Title: Sales Coordinator Intern (3-Month Internship)

Job Overview
Sourcetek, a portfolio company of Services Tree, is looking for motivated and organized individuals for a Sales Coordinator Internship (3 months). This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in sales operations and coordination. Selected candidates will receive 1 week of training before starting their responsibilities.

We are currently hiring two interns:

• Morning Shift
• Evening Shift

This is an office-based position where you will support the sales team by handling data entry tasks and assisting field sales representatives with their queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain sales records in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Coordinate with field sales representatives and assist them with daily operational queries.
• Maintain and update sales reports, client information, and activity logs.
• Support the sales team by tracking leads, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving basic issues or queries raised by field sales staff.
• Ensure proper record keeping and organized documentation.
• Communicate updates and important information between the sales team and management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Fresh graduates or candidates looking to start their career in sales coordination or operations are encouraged to apply.
