About NITRONI

NITRONI is a retail and distribution company headquartered in Dubai Design District which develops, operate, manage and curate high quality brands across the Middle East & India. Our activities include: Regulations, Permits and Legal Frame Setup, Logistics, Agent/ Distributor Partner, Local Marketing Plan, PR Activation & Media Monthly Reports and Monitoring, Merchandising, Trainings & Customer Service.

What You Will Do

You will be involved in the full business development cycle:

• Research and identify potential clients (hotels, hospitality groups, beach clubs, lifestylebrands).
• Assist in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Help prepare tailored proposals, decks, and concept presentations.
• Brainstorm collaboration and product development ideas.
• Support in preparing pitch materials and brand documents.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Join client meetings when relevant and negotiations.

What You Will Learn

Over the months, you will gain hands-on experience in:

• Business development within the luxury and hospitality sector.
• Approaching and communicating with senior decision-makers.
• Writing commercial proposals and storytelling for premium brands.
• Understanding how partnerships and collaborations are built.
• Product development processes from concept to execution.
• Real client relationship management and deal flow.

Who We Are Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in business, marketing, hospitality, or similar.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to people.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
• Genuine interest in luxury brands, hospitality, or lifestyle.
• Comfortable with PowerPoint / Google Slides and basic research.
