About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to support our growth across freelance marketplaces and B2B outreach channels. This role is ideal for candidates who already have exposure to platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn prospecting and want real international market experience in IT services and staff augmentation. This is a paid internship with clear KPIs, mentorship, and strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and apply to relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com
● Draft customized, high-converting proposals
● Generate qualified leads for IT services and staff augmentation
● Conduct B2B prospecting via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
● Perform outreach through job boards and company directories
● Send cold messages and manage structured follow-ups
● Research decision-makers and build targeted lead lists
● Maintain CRM reports and daily activity tracking
● Coordinate with internal technical teams for requirement alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Prior experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com)
● Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
● Understanding of B2B lead generation processes
● Strong written and verbal English communication skills
● Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
